Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We deliver to all locations within New Zealand using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only, and delays outside of our control (weather, courier disruptions, etc.) may occur.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery address. All shipping fees are displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Regions & Restrictions
We ship to all New Zealand addresses, including rural locations. Additional charges may apply for rural deliveries, depending on the courier. We do not currently offer international shipping yet.

5. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns / Exchanges: Please see our Returns Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping if the product is faulty or an error was made in fulfilling your order.

8. Exceptions & Disclaimers
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Updates to this shipping policy will be published on this page.
