At The One Skincare, we care deeply about the quality and integrity of our products. If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@theoneskincare.co.nz within 30 days of purchase to request a return.
To process your refund:

Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Returns apply to unopened or damaged items only.

Once approved, return the product in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping charges) to your original payment method.
⚠️ Reactions & Sensitivities
Our sunscreen is formulated with care, using organic and skin-safe ingredients. However, because every skin type is unique, we do not offer refunds for skin reactions.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.
